1. About Tonsser and this website
These Terms of Use govern your use of www.tonsser.com (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Tonsser ApS, CVR no. 35472088, c/o Peter Holm Nielsen, Peder Pårs Vej 20, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark ("Tonsser", "we", "us").
Tonsser is the parent company behind our sports apps. The Website presents the company, its work and its products. It is not itself an app or a user service.
Each Tonsser app, such as Grinta and Hooper, has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply when you use that app. Links to them are on the Website.
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Using the Website
You may browse the Website and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- copy, scrape or republish the Website's content without permission;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems, or disrupt it;
- use the Website for anything unlawful or misleading, including pretending to represent Tonsser.
3. Information on the Website
We provide information about Tonsser and our products for general purposes. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change and is not an offer or a binding commitment. Product descriptions, previews and announcements may change before release.
Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy shares or other securities in Tonsser.
4. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, images, video, designs and the Tonsser, Grinta and Hooper names and logos, belong to Tonsser or our licensors. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners. You may not use any of them without our written permission, except to share links to the Website.
5. Messages and applications you send us
If you contact us, sign up for news, or apply for a job through the Website, you confirm that the information you give is accurate. We handle your personal data as described in the Tonsser Website Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

The Website may link to other websites, app stores and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Availability and liability
The Website is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or remove it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Tonsser is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Website or your reliance on its content.

These Terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes go to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
